The Richer Health Clinic is a wellness clinic and retreat center located in Pemberton, British Columbia in Canada.

We are the first—and only—residential clinic in Canada that allows you to experience the Eat Real To Heal lifestyle based on Dr. Max Gerson principle of healing. The Eat Real To Heal protocol is an alternative, non-toxic option for treating cancer, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, skin conditions, and many other chronic and degenerative diseases.
As a guest, you’ll visit our facility for 3 or 6 days of personalized treatment—which includes plant-based meals and juices, detoxifying coffee enemas, yoga, meditation, cooking classes, wellness coaching/education in a small-group setting, and private appointments with our holistic medical team when requested. We also offer optional extras such as massage therapy, acupuncture, coaching and counselling sessions, spiritual shaman sessions and homeopathy or naturopathy, which you may book in advance before your arrival.
You’ll leave our facility feeling better: lighter, energized, more hopeful about the future.
Best of all, you’ll see the improvement—lower stress hormone levels, lower cholesterol levels, improved white blood cell count, blood sugar back in balance—reflected on your medical chart. During our 6-days retreat, we will review your blood tests at the beginning and end of your stay so that you can see the transformation that’s happening inside your body.

You’ll spend 3 or 6 days at our stunning facility in Pemberton, British Columbia working with our caring team of health practitioners, wellness coaches, and chefs.
You will experience:
— Nutrition + Detoxification workshops. Learn how to nutrify and detoxify your body, prevent and reverse chronic diseases including cancer using the Eat Real To Heal protocol, and transform your energy levels and mood using organic, plant-based foods.
— Meals and cooking classes. Learn how to whip up delicious, disease-fighting plant-based meals and juices that are so nutritious and delicious, even lifelong carnivores will be impressed! Daily, whole, plant-based and 100% organic meals provided to you and cooked by you!
— Creative Journaling. Discover medicine for the soul and see your health concerns as an opportunity for awakening. Through creative journaling, you’ll create a vision for the health you want, diagnose the root causes of your health challenges, and creatively write the prescription for yourself to facilitate your self-healing journey so you can realize your optimum health goals.
— Yoga classes. Daily yoga practice for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, to stimulate your immune system, improve strength and circulation, cleanse your lungs and liver, heal your digestive tract, and release toxins.
— Quiet time for rest and reflection. Take a walk at sunrise along the river or take in the forest’s energy walking through the wood, recharge with a good book, or treat yourself to a long nap. Your body will say “thank you.”
— Optional extra sessions. Book a massage, a session with a naturopath or extra private yoga classes – please book two weeks in advance.
We’ll assess your blood tests—including cholesterol levels and white blood cell count—at the beginning and end of your stay. You’ll see a remarkable difference after 6 days. You’ll feel the difference, too.
